How many videos can we deliver each week?

We have a big pool of editors. It depends on how many videos you want to publish each week. We will set the goal through communication.

What is the usual time period for a project delivery?

The usual Duration for a project to completion is 5 to 6 days. If you order multiple tasks at once, we will use multiple editors for your projects. Like if you order 8 videos at once and your target is 2 videos a week, we will use 2 editors for your projects. So in 4 weeks you will get all the 8 videos. (2 videos weekly).

Do we provide our service individually? (Only script / Only VO / Only Edit / Only thumbnail)

We provide only video editing services individually.

How do we ensure the privacy and security of our client’s videos?

We take privacy and security seriously. Your video content is securely stored on our encrypted servers, and only authorized team members have access to it during the editing
process. And We never share it with others as long as we are confirmed that they are published already on Youtube.

How do we share our projects?

We use Google Drive for sharing projects. But if our clients have specific requirements, we can share on other platforms through communications.

How many revisions do we provide for each project?

We do one revision for free, and we will work unlimited time till they are perfect. So, we request our clients to take time for checking the project perfectly and share all the feedback altogether. We will work on them until they are resolved.

Do we use human or AI generated Voice Over?

We use Elevan labs for Voice Generation as now it is the best and used by many big Youtube channels. We have some cloned human voice overs also, so it won’t feel like machine talking. It is value for money and we don’t have to wait 2 to 3 days for delivery.

How We Work

Step 01. Topic Research

When we get a new task, our business development team analyzes the competitors channel and shares the idea to the team about the structure of the project. (script, edit style, thumb style etc.)

Step. 02. Script

When we receive a title, our script writing team assigns a writer to start working on the script. For scripts we take information from respected websites, articles and some cases from Youtube videos. After completing the script it is shared with our QC team. They check the facts, plagiarism and grammatical and writing errors. When we think it is good to share, it is shared to our client’s end. The whole process takes 24 to 48 hours.

Step 03. Voice Over

After getting approval from our clients, we send the script to our voice over team. They create the Voice over and share it with the QC team. Once it gets through our QC, it gets ready to edit. It usually takes 24 hours to complete the process.

Step 04. Video Edit

After the VO is done, we assign an editor to edit the project. For edit we analyze the competitors channel and select a suitable asset library (transition, text, overlay etc.) for the project. After the editing is done, it also goes through our QC and is shared to our clients.

Step 05. Thumb-SEO

We can replicate the style of any thumbnail as per our client’s choice. It usually takes 24 to 48 hours. It is assigned during the time of editing. So by the time when the video is done, Thumb and SEO will also be ready.
